On this trip down memory lane, Guy Fieri’s sampling all sorts of savory eats. First up on St. Simons Island, Ga., Guy’s catching up on all things BBQ — from brisket chili to a pastrami Rueben. Then, he’s headed across the country to Los Angeles, where an Italian deli is churning out chicken parm, and a sandwich shop just down the street is loading fried food inside their supersized subs.
This trip, Guy Fieri’s digging into flavor coast to coast. In Indio, Calif., he’s hittin’ up a taco joint going above and beyond with their torta ahogada and a quesadilla-taco-au jus mashup. In Sea Bright, N.J., a legit Thai spot is piling up the pork and dynamite dumplings. And a funky food truck in Bridgewater Township, N.J., is loadin’ up monster sandwiches.

This trip, Guy Fieri’s getting stuffed and sandwiched. In Los Angeles, a taco truck is going big with the birria and putting out tasty tostadas. In Bend, Ore., it’s Polish-palooza with lights-out pierogis and a cabbage specialty. Garvin’s Southern-American steakhouse is serving up a next-level lobster mac and cheese and a decadent donut bread pudding.

In Palm Springs, Calif., a not-your-typical burger joint dishing out their “Buddha Burger” and “Devil’s Revenge.” And in Temecula, Calif., a smokin’ barbecue stop where they’re even putting their ‘cue into lasagna.
