This restaurant specializes in Russian piroshki; they serve 20 different varieties of the savory, pastry-wrapped pockets. They are also dishing out traditional soups, dumplings, salads and more. Guy gushed over the Pelmeni, chicken-filled dumplings in a steaming broth. “I came here for the piroshki, but this soup is stealing the show,” he said.
Piroshki on 3rd permanently closed their original location. You can read about the closure here. They've renamed to Pinoyshki Bakery & Cafe and moved to a new location.
Piroshki on 3rd was located at 710 3rd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104.
This trip, Guy Fieri dives into dishes steeped in tasty tradition. In Seattle, a funky spot makes their name with scratch-made Russian piroshki. A tucked-away joint in Kona serves up a bite of culture with their authentic Hawaiian cuisine. And in Chicago, an old-school Jewish deli dishes out their specialties cafeteria-style the same way they have since the 1940s.
