Then, a joint in Scottsdale, Ariz., is keeping the competition-style barbecue going with some serious smoked pork and a rockin' ribs plate. Finally in Fort Worth, Texas, cowboy cookin' is killin' it with a chuckwagon chicken-fried steak and a next-level burger with a bologna twist.
