The owners of this seasonal stand are thinking outside the bun—the bao bun, that is. Their entire kitchen is located in a renovated camper van, where they make just one item: Asian-style steamed buns stuffed with unique fillings, almost like a fusion taco. Guy loved the pork belly in the Belly of the Beast Bun. “This is not your typical bun,” he says. “You’re rocking it!”
On this trip, Guy Fieri's digging into dishes from beef to buns. In Logan, Utah, a joint servin' up worldwide flavor, like lomo saltado and a funky peanut butter burger. In Juneau, Alaska, the bomb bao buns served out of a tiny trailer, and in Denver, an artisan charcuterie loading up sandwiches like righteous roast beef and incredible Italian.
