In Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, a sports bar doing a roasted garlic chicken pizza, with a scratch made crust from an old Sicilian family recipe. And at the farmer's market in Nashville, Tenn., a Jamaican cafeteria serving authentic mango chutney chicken.
