The Triple D Life
Welcome readers to my vision of a 3D life. I am creating this blog where multiple communities can come together to learn, share, and thrive. The Triple D Life encompasses 3 things that touch my life: Diabetes, Danes (or your loving dog), and Diapers (oh baby). Maybe these things are in your life too, leave a comment for me below!
A Little About Me:
My name is Linnea (La-neh-uh), and I am lots of things. As you read more in my blog, you’ll get to know more about me, and the hectic-jumbled-wonderful life that I have had. I have had Type 1 Diabetes since October 1998. With almost 20 years under my belt, I have seen ground breaking research, stressful nights filled with high blood sugars, and scary incidents where I could have been in a coma. If you have been touched by Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, gestational, family member, friend, etc.), I am sure you’ll understand.

Do You Have a Dog?
The next wonderful part of the Triple D Life is my loving dogs. We have two loving Great Danes, well…they are more like horses. Meet Maximus the Great and Vixen the Great! My fiancee and Maximus met in Phoenix, AZ and they were soulmates from the very beginning when Max wagged straight up to Caleb’s leg and put his paws on him. After Caleb and I (and Max) met, we moved in together and found out that Max needed a friend. Last Christmas, we added Vixen the Great (or Vixen the Terror) into our loving family.

Our Bundle of Joy!
Lastly, in the lovely Triple D Life includes a surprise that Caleb and I weren’t expecting so soon. Coming to the Anderson household, October 29, 2018, will be a little bundle of joy. I know a lot of you out there have your own bundles (which is great because I need all the advice I can get!). Currently, I am 13 weeks along, so stayed tuned for Diaper geared updates in posts to come. Every posting will be on things in my life that relate to these topics. I will also include suggestions from readers and some yummy recipes along the way.

So the goal of this blog is to connect people, spark discussion, learn something new, and create laughter. I welcome any and all comments, so I am going to ask you what aspect of the Triple D Life relates to your life? Diabetes, Danes, or Diapers? Maybe it’s two out of three or even all three like myself (or maybe none and you just like to read!). Leave your comment below ↓
Unitl next time, adjö!
P.S. Adjö is goodbye is Swedish, where my name comes from. Linnea is the national flower of Sweden (I love spreading trivia!)
